Clarke Chronicler's Resurrection

 Simon  wanted  to  do  a  sightseeing  trip  and  chose  Sea  Life, Manchester  which  is  in  The  Trafford  Centre.  I  didn't  realise  there  was  an  Express  service  and  assumed  we'd  be  taking  the  stopping  bus  which  takes  over  an  hour.  On  the  previous  Friday, Simon  and  I  did  a   sometimes  arduous  6  mile  walk  in  Calderdale  in  the  heat so  we  decided  to  take  an  easier  option  on  the  Saturday  and  returned  to  the  Leeds-Liverpool  canal. We  parked  up  at  Stourton  St, Rishton,   returning  to  the  spot  where  we  abandoned  a  very  wet  walk  on  May  Day  bank  holiday. Today  it  was  nice  and  sunny.
