112 Sunday 3rd April 2022 Clitheroe Museum
This was Simon's choice of trip, pushed to Sunday due to football.
When we got to Clitheroe, Simon wanted to have lunch before we visited the museum. We had a bit of a wander before finding Clitheroe Food Hall which had a good cafe. We particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice.
We then walked up to the museum.
I'd been before but not with Simon. The general impression this time was that it's good on interpretation but a bit light on actual artefacts.
Simon took a shine to this dinosaur.
And then he found a musical instrument to play.
There was some sort of spot the bunny competition for the kids.
I liked this otter.
Simon doesn't seem to find this kitchen too engaging.
I can't recall the story behind this banner but it was impressive.
