114 Saturday 16th April 2022 Salford Museum and Art Gallery
This was Simon's choice for a trip for Easter Saturday.
We arrived about half an hour before the museum opened. We had a walk through the eerily quiet university campus then did some filming on the river Irwell.
The footage we shot is included in this one.
The museum opened at 12.00pm.
We had a drink in the cafe before looking round.
We  looked  round  the  paintings. This  is  the one  that  caught  our  attention.
We  then  had  a  look  round  the  museum's  prime  attraction, Lark  Hall  Place, a  recreated  Victorian  street.
After  that  we  wandered into  Manchester  for  lunch  at  Wetherspoon's . This  shrub  guy  was  jump  scaring  people  on  Deansgate.
We  walked  back  to  Salford  Crescent  for  our  train  home.
